a golden hazy color, that ale is quite on the light side.Aroma yeasty lightly fruity, mouthfeel very mild a bit watery with soft carbonation, flavor sweet and a tad sour light on hop. This is a beer easy to drink.

This blonde ale pours a hazy blonde-white colour with a nice creamy-foam white head that has very good retention. The lacing left is also pretty thick and uneven. The aromas start off on the grainy malt side, but end up being milder with a twist of hop. The mouthfeel is watery with a touch of graininess. The taste is pretty smooth and light on the grain-side, with a short finish of mild hop. Some very tame vanilla in the aftertaste. Quite dry. A beautifully looking blonde with a decent rest.

Pourred a hazy yellow brew with a huge head. The beer almost exploded when I opened it but calm down once pourred into my glass. Good mixed of spices with great carbonation. By reading the comments below, it sems this beer might be a bit underrated, or again, I might have been lucky and got a non-infected bottle from this non-consistent brewery.
