Brewed as an homage to those represented by the goat with the tail of a fish, this West Coast IPA ale reflects both their strengths and weaknesses. Strong copper metallic notes connect one to the Earth and reflect a disciplined and traditional craft. Pours clear solar yellow with a thick and persistent buff head. Aroma delivers bread, resiny hops, zesty and sweet tangerine, a tropical hint. Flavor brings resiny and slightly woody hops, fresh malt, sweet and tangy tangerine, a fresh bread undertone. Texture provides fair body and peppy fizz. Goat for a glass, it's not fishy.
