Reddish-amber colored, finished with top-fermenting yeast, this wheatbeer has a fine white, persistent head. It is distingushed by its typical top-fermenting character with a malty taste, reminding a bit of caramel. Being a non-alcoholic wheatbeer with plenty of healthy minerals, it is the ideal thirst-quenching drink for hot summer days and after sports.

500 ml bottle, as Schneider Weisse Tap 3 Mein Alkoholfreies, from MENY Stadionparken. Hazy brownish golden colour, huge off-white head. The aroma has some of the usual n/a beer character of baby porridge and over-boiled vegetables, but also some wheaty notes with hints of cloves and citrus. Thin mouthfeel. Dry flavour with some hints of citrus - boring and uninteresting, but if you need a n/a beer, it is not undrinkable.

500 ml cappel bottle, as " Tap 3, mein Alkohofreies ". Poured in the original Schneider Weisse vase a cloudy copper-brown coloured ale with a generous two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is fruity, apricots, citrus, yeast, spicy, gingerbread, honey, herbal grass, hay. The flavour is rye bread, grainy malts with notes of caramel. The mouthfeel is surprising very thin and watery. This very light bodied ale has a dry watery finish. The palate does not reach the level of the noose but I appreciated this low alcoolic Weizen.
