Living microorganisms are changing the alcoholic level during storage and aroma as well. Bottle fermented minimum one year.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub, Stavanger. ABV is 3.8%. Hazy and very pale yellow colour, some yeast floaties, moderate white head. Aroma of lactic acid, hints of lemons and yeast. Very sour flavour, lactic acid and lemons galore, but better than Marlene.
