The Wildschütz is brewed in the tradition of an “amber lager” with 5.0% alcohol. A character beer that is second to none: Radiant amber colors, the scent and aroma of the finest caramel malt notes, with a hint of honey. Pleasantly malty, with a fine perlage. The WILDSCHÜTZ goes perfectly with spicy, late summer-autumn dishes such as chanterelles, roast venison or pumpkin cream soup. Available from August to December in selected restaurants
