This unfiltered Wheat Ale is brewed with a Belgian yeast and flavored with orange peel and coriander. Very snappy and refreshing!

One final pint from the Bottleworks location. Poured unfiltered and hazy golden yellow, fluffy white foam. Good retention, great looking lace. Lots of aroma, yeasty, clove and banana. Taste was filled with all the expected wit components, clove spices, yeast, wheat malt. Nice crisp finish. Great on a hot day.

Cloudy, lemon-yellow with a pure white foamy head. Light aroma of yeast, citrus and spice with more expressive flavors of same. Odd hints of hollandaise in the nose - lemon and egg yolk. MUSIC: 'Lemonade Stand' by Sexsmith & Kerr

Sampled on draft at the Tap Room , STL. This wit pours a cloudy lemon yellow with a lasting white head and remarkable lacing. Its subtle floral aroma is followed by a hard candy, tart wheat, citrus, corriander and white pepper flavor. Simply excellent. Light to medium-bodied, well-carbonated, and perfectly balanced. A must try.

Yes, it is subtle, but its a great example of a summer/Belgian/wit/wheat beer. I love it, great pale color, hazy and snd yellow...some vanilla and clove, recessed banana until it warmed and some lacing with a persitant head, just spicy enough to not intimitdate. Not for the arrogant, for the sophisticated. RERATE: All I've said stands...but WOW, this is perfectly balanced!

Cloudy yellow color, creamy white head, fuity aroma, orange coriander flavor, very clean finish a bit on the watery side.
