Exploding with hop flavor and aroma, this citrus/piney/floral ale has enough of a malt backbone to stand up to the intense bitterness.

Pours a nice clear amber with a thick, fluffy and rather peristent buff-white head that leaves some good lacing. Hoppy aroma has a firm undertone of grapefruit and sour orange. Flavor is hoppy and fairly bitter with a solid sour citrus tone that seems to be equal parts orange and grapefruit and a tinny hint. Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and edgy. Overall, not too shabby.

Bought at the Cork & Barrel, Lawrence,KS .. . Pours a deep hazy cowardly chicken .. . light foam, light lacing .. . consists of mostly fresh leaves, pine, and a touch of citrus- pretty one dimensional but very smooth, i enjoyed the bottle .. . I'll bet you're wondering why I asked you here in the middle of the night. I have a favor to ask of you, Steve, something that will be our little secret. You up to it? -...I don't want that you idiot!
