Summer is here and the time is right to enjoy the sunshine! It’s also time to cool off with a cold drink and what better way to cool off after a leisurely swim or a long walk on the beach than with Grayder’s Pink Grapefruit Radler. We’ve taken a light, refreshing ale and added mounds of citrusy and sweet pink grapefruit to create a wonderfully invigorating brew. A Canadian twist on the classic German blended drink, this sessionable radler is packed with loads of flavour. Brewed in collaboration with Town of Bracebridge Mayor Grayden “Grayder” Smith and The Griffin Gastropub.

Can, lightly hazy, light-yellow colour, big bubbly white head, decent stay and some soapy lacing. Fruity pink grapefruit juice with lots of tropical fruit notes. Sparkling citrus nose all-around. The taste has good sourness at first with the citrus juices taking over and light yeasty tart lingers on the tongue in the finish. Nothing offensive here, but not in the top Radlers I have had.
