This final edition was made with Mosaic & Chinook hops and Canadian 2-Row & Wheat malt, and has the following notes: Impenetrably hazy with a rich, creamy head, Binary System has bright aromas of citrus that greet you on the nose, followed by herbal tropical flavours melded with spicy pine notes. Big, juicy hops beckon you in, and are accompanied by a silky body and clean, luscious finish.

The beer pours a hazy gold colour with a fluffy snow white heads that lasts a few seconds. The aroma is grassy malts, light orange, pine, and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour reminds me of a strong mimosa with orange and alcohol notes aplenty. Not something I’ll try again.

Can that pours a hazy bright yellow colour with a huge frothy-creamy head, off-white warm, creamy-foamy lacing with great retention. Citrus zest nose with the bitterness and an oat feel. A nice spiciness in the taste, with the citrus and grassy hops. Very smooth all-around.
