A bright amber colored beer with a big sudsy textured white head rising above. The hang time on the head is short lived. Low lying film and thin ringlet are left. A spicy, citric hoppiness in the nose. More of that spiciness and citric hops in the tasting. A lightness in the body takes away from a potentially being beer. The is also a creaminess from the wheat in the body.
