12-pack of mixed cans purchased in Homer, NY. Pours a light golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and real nice foamy lacing. Grainy pils malt aromas with some honey notes and fresh hops. Refreshing crisp mouthfeel. Mild grapefruit taste over the grain. Nice bitterness creating light dryness in the finish. A great easy-going brew, but because of the American hops, not really a pilsner, but feels closer to a APA.
