Draught at Bishops Arms Sofo, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy reddish brown colour with a low creamy white foam. Fruity and rather tart aroma of dark cherries, tobacco, earthy hops , juniper and wormwood. Medium-bodied with notes of acidic red berries, cocoa, cherries, neutral yeast, wet grass and anise. Medium bitter finish of anise, grass and menthol. Very difficult to categorize, a mix of UK IPA, Old Ale and Belgian Dark Ale...
