heybeerman sent this fence post my way, and I'm glad to chime in. Muted hops with some big rye content and a slight milky quality. Hazy, deep copper body coupled with a foamy white head. Vibrant and bitter, unfortunately a metallic and cardboard aftertaste becomes a touch distracting....but not too off putting. Spicy rye, classic American hop profile and ice tea. Strength is subdued, and it's quite quaffable.

I'm on the fence on this one, need more input from other reviewers. It's a double ipa with rye, the rye really hits you up front and adds a dry touch, it's also resiny as all get out at the end but the body just doesn't say IIPA to me. Not bad, and a nice departure from the terrible beer they normally make, at least they are trying.
