Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered hazy golden-orange coloured Wit with a good two fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, moderate aciditic fruits, citrus and quite surprising coconut. The flavour is grainy wheaty malts, aciditic fruits, citrus, grapefruits, peach and yellow plums. The mouthfeel is round. This light to medium bodied Wit has a dry aciditic fruits finish. A very refreshing Wit, brewed near Rennnes in the Bretagne.
