The 1866 Blanche is a Witbier with thick white foam. On the nose, you will find citrus notes increased by a typical cereal note. The aromas coming from the orange peels give to this beer a very unique taste. Creamy and light, it reveals a subtle touch of citrus on the palate and with its low bitterness and its unique wheat character, this give an unparalleled disgestibility to this French beer. The '1866' brand name comes from the foundation date of Brasserie de Saint-Omer. Located in the historic city center, the Saint-Omer brewery has been part of regional and national heritage for more than 150 years. Ingredients: water, barley malt, unmalted wheat, orange peels, coriander, hops.
