This beautiful straw colored brew has 5 varieties of hops introduced throughout the brewing process. Hoppy is not sufficient to describe the fantastic hop character this brew presents at the front of the mouth and back of tongue. Crisp and bold with just a bit of grapefruit in the dry finish.

Poured up on tap at Craft 64 where it exhibits a clear copper body that supports a thin near white head. The modest aroma offers up an even mix of citrusy hops and maltiness and is coming across rather inviting. Time to dig in. The taste delivers juicy tangelo and clementine as well as bitter grapefruit hops that just ramp up in bitterness and resiny hops to midway. It evens out as the bitterness fades a bit into the finish. Nice stuff and I’m enjoying the play between juicy flavor like hops and the hop bitterness.
