Hello again to our Dank friends, it’s been a while! Our first Dank IPA since August 2021, we used a train load of Columbus, Chinook, Citra and Simcoe in the whirpool and a huge double dry hop of Cryo Citra, Cryo Columbus, Chinook and Centennial to give lots of savoury piney notes, but not missing out on the good old tropical juice that we all know and love. We wanted to go intense on this one and it’s exactly that, however oh so smooth too. Fermented with our house IPA yeast for a New England style, we can’t wait for this one to pull into the station!
