Gravy Maevey's Pilsner gets its flavour from the kilned malted barley and spicy hops used in its brewing. Gravy Maevey's worked hard to earn her nickname, very hard. The only thing she loves more than brewing beer is brewing up trouble in the village. The family calls her Gravy Maevey because she's thick, a bit saucy and just like her Pilsner, she goes with anything. Take it home and enjoy it, just don't introduce it to your mother. You cant' choose your family, but you can choose your beer.

    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

330 ml capped bottle. Poured a clear and golden-amber coloured Pilsener with half a finger light beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is light grainy malts, caramel notes, faint floral hops. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, bready, butter, fruity notes, apples and a faint floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is light crispy, sweety even a bit sticky. The texture is oily. This light bodied Pilsener has a dry malty and light bitter finish. Drinkable ? Anyway, but not much more.
