Houblons: Saaz, Northern Brewer.

Slightly hazed, amber colour with mild golden highlights, a frothy light-beige head, good retention and thick foamy lacing left. Red ale aromas with caramel malts and fruitiness and hints of spices. The pepper comes out more in the taste, creating a little heat in mouth, lightly lingering. The maltiness is the base of the beer with decent cereal notes. A nice, refreshing Rousse with the pepper just adding enough to stand out, and warm up things.
