A single malt and single hop make up this special brew. We used Pale Crisp Malt and the classic Cascade Hop. Light gold pale color with a clean dry finish. Flavors of fruit and citrus with pleasant floral aromas. Served unfiltered - it is simple, yet deliciously complex.

Having a hard time believing this had Cascade and only Cascade hops. Had that weird soapy character that I thought might be sorachi ace. Anywho, a nice floral citrusy and herbal flavor and aroma. Nothing that says 25th av, perhaps, but a solid iPa.
