From the first taste of this IPA you will pick up the fresh oak character and Cascade hop bitterness that gives this beer a balanced finish. Pairs well with Asian or Mexican dishes, grilled meats and of course, IPA's classic mate, Indian curry. These are the brewer's notes from there website.Other stuff looks like opinion of someone else.

Nice light golden color, light carbonation. Decent body, flavor was average at best, i could not detect the Oak. Not running back to buy another one of these.

I have always liked the idea of an IPA aged on wood, and this was nice, session all the way .. . pours a deep gold, medium foam .. . light vanilla, light wood, peach, and a touch of spicy yeast .. . easy to put down .. . Nobody likes a know it all who sits around talking about their genitalia.

Not a bad brew at all. Mild easy drinking session beer. Hint of oak, and hops initially on the nose. Taste is mild, smooth and pretty straight forward. Some soft fruit near the finish, a little spicey actually. Decent beer.
