Indri IPA is our Midwestern African Queen Double Dry Hopped IPA. Like the Indri itself it is a unique beast. It pours hazy and cloudy and has a nose of tropical fruits like mango and papaya. On the first sip you get these tropical fruit notes and the backend has a nice hop bitterness we have come to love from the classic west coast styles of IPAs. We use a little more of the beautiful African Queen Hops on the "hot side" of the boil which gives this beer its backbone. We use a unique dry hopping schedule where we actually start dry hopping during the end of active fermentation helping gather the boutique of the African Queen Hops.
