Pours a hazy straw color with moderate white head on top while the carbonation looks good as the head slowly falls. The aroma has some heavy earthy notes in the nose, citrus, clove, orange peel, wet grass, and banana all come to mind. The taste holds those same earthy notes. This is quite a dry beer, highlighting lemongrass, cedar, crisp apple, and wheat. The yeast gives it that banana clove kick, and the malts here highlight some excellent woody characteristics. The mouthfeel is one of the key components to this beer. Along with the excellent flavor, the mouthfeel is almost champagne like, feeling quite dry and effervescent on the tongue. It is quite refreshing and complex. Overall, another excellent beer from Rockmill Brewery.

From bro-in-law's oHIo stash brought to me during our vacation. Slightly cloudy light straw yellow pour, bubbly white head that remains, nice lacing. Spicy aroma, floral, pepper, citrus zest, blood oranges, honeysuckle, a touch of funkiness. Taste mimics the nose with a lively zestiness from the citrus, but not overdone, adequate spiciness, flavorful yeasts and funk, downright goodness. Excellent wit. Thanks Chris!
