Our West Coast-style India Pale Ale screams hop flavour and aroma with an amazing candy-like oily balance. Delicious hop-forward notes of citrus, grapefruit pith and pine meld together as one with malty undertones finishing with a long, lingering draw. A fabulous pairing with all things spicy or cheesy, poultry or fish dishes.

Enjoyed at the brewpub. Pours a small frothy beige head and has a golden amber appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of strong bitter citrus and floral hops. Flavours are mainly citrus hops, somewhat piney and grassy but still pretty fruity, mainly in the finish. A little bit of grapefruit also shows up on the palate. Crisp and slightly bitter mouthfeel but still well balanced with the sweetness. Nice and smooth sensation and quite easy to drink regardless of the higher ibu's (70ibu)
