BBPA was brewed with Biscuit, Aromatic, Caramel and Pilsener malts and noble Hallertau hops. Reminiscent of a Weizen up front with spicy phenols dominating finishing crisp and refreshing with light peppery notes from the Belgian T-58 yeast strain used for fermentation. This is the first release in a series of collaboration brews with the Brewnosers beer appreciation club; we’ll be releasing a new brew in the series once every few months.
