We're proud to present American Dream Ale, our unique West Coast IPA, in honor of American Beer Month. We picked the finest hops from Washington's Yakima Valley to give this historic pale ale a decidedly American twist. Floral, citrus and pine character burst from the Yakima hops to mix with the crisp, slightly dry malt flavor for a never bitter ale even the snobbiest limey would love.

Tasted on tap at the 10th Annual Bistro IPA Festival. This rating is for the beer from the Campbell location. This India Pale Ale pours a medium orange gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is piney and citrusy. Medium bodied IPA. The malts are fruity, caramel and sweet. The hops are grapefruity and piney. Medium bitter IPA. Nice balance. Good carbonation. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
