Pours clear canary with thick and fairly persistent ivory head. Aroma yields crisp, refreshing malt plus slightly sweet apple and a hint of resiny hops. Flavor provides all of the above, only the hop note is stronger and more woody and a little bitter. Texture offers decent body and fair but lasting fizz. Be a trooper, drink one!

Thanks to PaleAleRider for this can for Christmas. Pours a clean light golden-yellow colour with a big creamy white cap, good retention and some decent cream-foam patches. A beautiful mild perfume smell comes out of this, with floral notes, fruitiness, light grassiness and cereal grains. Thin mouthfeel - a little silky, a little crisp. Was not expecting much from this, as not a big sake fan, but just a nice touch of floral added to the pilsner base.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours an average size foamy white head, soapy lacing, has a fairly clear straw coloured appearance. Moderate carbonation. Aromas are herbal and grassy, some light grainy notes. Flavours are wheaty and grassy, some grainy notes (rice) likely sake, a little bit of corn as well, very mild. Crisp and dry mouthfeel. Not too bad overall.
