American IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic. Brewed in honor of our Assistant Brewer Nick's time he spent on an air craft carrier while in The Marines. Nick worked on F-18s, where if you weren't careful, you may get cut on one of the jet's sharp edges and receive what they called a "Hornet Bite." Our Hornet's Bite also has an edge, but its of front end bitterness that quickly gives way to white grape, berry, citrus, and herbal tea
