A big grassy hay infused yeasty as hell saision. Nice prickly feel appropriate for the style. Light funk, some citrusy hops as well. I can dig it...

22 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with a medium bubbly, creamy white head that goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.
The aroma is grassy straw, bready malts and a little fruit with some funk.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with floral vanilla notes and some ripe fruit. Weirdly tastes a bit like a nitro cream ale. The mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery.
Overall, as it warms it degrades and get a bit vegetative.
