This Dark Copper to Brown Ale is actually a Dusseldorf - Style Brown Ale. Dusseldorf is a town in western Germany. 'Alt' means 'old' in German, and refers to this beer being brewed in the old style, or top fermented as an Ale. With a full malt flavor, and just enough hop to balance the sweetness of the malt, this Amber Bier has an assertive malt flavor. This is Fall Seasonal from Rio Salado Brewing Company.
