On tap at the brewpub, currently named TBK Solstice Wit. As authentic as they come, this Witbier was fantastic. Cloudy, orange/yellow body, billowing head. Orange and coriander on the nose and palate backed by a nice dry wheat base. Perfect quencher on a very hot day of making the rounds.

Pours a very cloudy pale tan with a very small head. The aroma is pretty strong with a good wheat breadiness, plenty of coriander and orange. The falvor is more of the same. Not too sweet. Not too tart. Not too spicy, but just enough to be refreshing without being bland. Good witbier.
