    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

660 ml capped bottle. Poured in a stemmed tasting glass a clear and burgundy-brown coloured D B with a one finger light creamy and beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is roasted malts, caramel and coffeish notes, brown sugar, candied fruits, plums. The flavour is roasted malts, brown sugar, dark fruits, plums, juicy fruits syrup, spicy tones, licorice. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling, fulled and sticky. The texture is oily. This full bodied D B has a dry roasted malts and sweety fruity finish. A powerful Doppelbock with a pronounced sweety and light warming side. A nice discover.
