This IPA by Ribstone Creek pours into the glass with bright straw color and a frothy white head. The aroma is dominated by an arrangement of enjoyable flora scents. The first taste offers a slightly sweet flavour with a hint of pine accompanied by a smooth bitterness that delightfully lingers through until the end of the pint. As an unfiltered, 7.5 per cent beer, Buckin' Bronco IPA certainly provides bold, quality, all-natural IPA flavour.

So a new brewery from alberta trying to do an IPA.... how can I resist this soon to be disapointment? Dull amber body with slight haze, nice creamy cap on top. And the disapointment has set in..... first sip came across realy sweet with a strange hop profile. What hop is this????? The smell is a smell I never smelt before. Aroma is reminding me of sweetish beeries ( the red ones not blue ) hints of sweet juice drying on a picknic table, and a touch of running shoe. Aroma realy not that bad its just strange for the style. Taste is same, very sweet with a lingering bitter finish. I want to invent a new style for this brew and call it the " The candied IPA ". What is that flavor turning me off here? I want to say vegtable soupbbut I know thats wrong. Not a complete fail but a D at best. Keep trying guys you’ll get it right some day.............. some day...................................
