A Cold IPA is a new style of IPA that is fermented at cooler temperatures using a lager yeast strain and cereal malts - nope, not breakfast cereal in the mash, but usually a blend of rice or corn which keeps the beer dry without taking away from the body of the beer. A Time to Chill has big flavors of tropical, stone fruit with a bright citrusy finish, making this a perfect summer pint to chill out with

Taps clear yellow with a nice eggshell head that generates fair lacing. Aroma gives up strong piney and funky hops, subtle malt and fruit. Flavor yields piney and funky hops, a little citrus, a little malt. Texture adds decent body and perky fizz. Take time to chill.
