Hops: Warrior Malt: 2-Row, Caraminuch 2, Caramunich 3, Munich, Chocolate Malt Yeast: House Ale Adjuncts: Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, House Roasted Almonds Leather Interior is a rich, decadent take on a brown ale that is full of complexity and nuance. A deep brown colour with tan head, it serves up sumptuous aromas of bakers chocolate, vanilla, almonds, tobacco. The flavour follows suit with a balanced, medium body and a slight bitterness on the finish to counter the sweeter characteristics of the malt and vanilla.
