Hops (Boil): Simcoe, Columbus, Cascade, Galaxy Hops (Dry Hop): Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Columbus Malt: Pale Malt, Flaked Oats, Munich, Sugar Yeast: House Ale Not a straight double version of Clutch, but inspired by it with a load of oats, and Citra hops complemented by some of our other favourite tropical and sticky varietals. Big soft flavours. Appearance is a Hazy orange, sticky, with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet peach/apricot, mango, lychee and a touch of sweet malt with resinous pine underneath. The flavour is tropical fruit up front, with pine and citrus underneath. Sweet malt comes in and rounds out the flavour. Mouthfeel is sticky, with a firm bitter finish. Some dryness and alcoholic warmth.
