Redhook’s twist on the Belgian style is the addition of fresh ginger, which adds a refreshing snappiness to this lighter-bodied wheat beer. Redhook Wit is perfect for warm summer months of outdoor BBQ-ing, sitting by the pool, or just taking a break by hanging inside enjoying the AC and watching old re-runs of Gilligan’s Island. "Made with ginger but still digs Mary Ann."

Aroma is average for this type of beer. A hint of spice and coriander. Has a nice murky orange look to it. Thin mouthfeel...Not much carbonation. Just slides down. The flavor is a bit on the weak side of Wits. It's very drinkable. yet very blaw. Ok beer

I picked this beer up from the Kroger on Brambleton Rd. in Roanoke, Virginia. This beer was part of a mixed case. This beer really didn't do anything for me. I am not a HUGE wit fan to begin with and if I am going to have one, afte this, I'll stick with a Belgian.

The beer pours a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma has wheat and orange peel notes, with some ginger thrown in. The flavor is pretty much the same, with some grainy wheat notes being the dominant flavor. Light, watery mouthfeel and soft, medium carbonation. Overall, the beer is fairly flavorless and doesn't have anything that stands out and makes you want to have a second one.

Glad to see Redhook trying to get its luster back. Newly designed bottles look unique. On to the brew. Murky orange pour with faint aroma of orange peel and corriander. Flavor is not overally sweet, but is lacking a tad.

A cloudy yellow golden beer with a big creamy textured white head rising above. There's some hang time on this one. It settles into a thick ringlet. Wheat, coriander and lemon dominate the nose and tasting. A light-medium bodied beer. It is quite refreshing.

The film received negative reviews, but what do you know.. Pours a murky orange, medium foam, high lacing .. . I'm not teaching our cadets how to use a wok. .. light banana, mild light spice, and dirty grains .. . pretty thin, and weak- but refreshing so .. .
Ship him off to Lassard's academy, he'll fit in perfectly over there. They could use a good sushi chef. No offense, huh?
    --Arigatoo, thank you.
    Kiss my what?
