A floral hop nose from Ahtanum hops is backed by beguiling malty sweet aromas. The palate is rich and malty with honey tones, and is backed by a fresh hop flavor. The finish is moderately bitter for an IPA and very dry.

Tasted on Tap at 2005 OBF. Medium orange gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are very mild and only slightly grapefruity. Very bland tasting. Kind of disappointing even from Redhook. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.
