Thrice Hopped Imperial IPA is triple hopped during the boil with three pounds each of Chinook, Falconer’s Flight, and Saaz hops, then dry hopped with the same hop trio. Initial sweetness from 60 L and Munich malts offset the intense bitterness of the hop profile.

Pours a clear chestnut with a fairly thick buff head. Strongly hoppy aroma says hello by the time you get within about 30 cm of the glass; citrus, woody and subtle caramel flavors trot up your beezer when you get closer. Flavor hops like a crazed rabbit, woody and fruity with whispers of honey and caramel. Ragged texture is firm, if not too viscous, going down nicely. Hop to your nearest bar or growler store quick as a bunny!
