Our latest seasonal is an Imperial Red Rye IPA full of sticky hop goodness and a spiciness from our liberal use of rye malt. We brewed this beer using only two different hop varieties, Simcoe and Cascade. Multiple additions in the kettle, and dry hopped in the fermenter, this beer is not for the timid.

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9
Pours hazy, barely translucent apricot with a thick eggshell head. Aroma offers up zesty piney hops, tangy citrus, and a little raw malt. Flavor continues the zest of the hops and citrus, only juicier and more tart and woody, a little bitter, quite refreshing. Mouthfeel presents fair body and jazzy fizz. This is a good beer, said the joker to the thief.
