Taps hazy, barely translucent dark honey-golden with a thin beige head. Aroma yields seriously piney hops, sweet tropical and citrus, and a raw malt underpinning. Flavor presents sweet and tangy tropical fruit, piney hops, zesty citrus and raw malt. Fruity sweetness over-balances the hoppy bitterness, but that is not a fault. Mouthfeel delivers firm, smooth body and peppy fizz. Why can’t we be friends? Cue the old song by War.
