A hearty brew, our nicely hopped Full Steam Stout serves up notes of licorice, chocolate and roasted malt. We add our freshly roasted certified organic, fair trade Full Steam Coffee to the brewing process to create a richly flavoured, creamy coffee stout that pours as black as a starless night.

Purchased on my Nova Scotia tour. Pours a brown colour with a small head and a little lacing. Full aromas of coffee. The taste is coffee with some dark fruits in the middle. Nice bitterness and dryness in the mouthfeel. The coffee from the Full Stream and full trade is quite a nice plus to this brew. Quite beautiful !!
