Enjoyed at the Rapp brewery stop of the rbwg2015 bus tour. Poured up on tap where it exhibits a hazy opaque pale papery gold body that supports a thin bright white head. The modest aroma offers up lightly soured mash sweetened lime, faint salt and then a sense of earthy gravel. The taste starts with full flavor muted lime citrus, sort of lemon paper earthiness and then a thin hit of salt. Pretty damn nice and i’m loving the after taste.

This is complex and very interesting....yet light and drinkable. Friend from Tampa brought a growler of this camping. First time I had a beer like this....a light wheaty-salty sour. A cloudy medium yellow appearance. It's kind of like that salty lemonade drink that you get at a Vietnamese restaurant. I may have to pick up one of these to bring home next time that I am in Tampa, so I can sample again and drink it at my own pace.
