Točené, 500 ml, on tap at Zly Čazý in Praha 4. Poured in a Czech tumbler an unfiltered and hazy rich amber-chesnut coloured Amber Lager with a one finger beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate malty, a powerful honey feeling, fruity, chestnuts and spicy with touches of nutmeg and cinnamom. The flavour is a rich flowery honey feeling, moderate malty, caramel, fruity, raspberries and dried fruits, nuts. The mouthfeel is round, sweety and smooth. The texture is oily. This medium bodied Amber Lager has a long sweety and honeyish finish. Drinking a Lager with a pronounced honey side, you fairly thought, you are drinking for your own health ! It's a nice plesure.
