(a-sys-toll-lee) – We love aggressively hopped ales. So much so that we totally skipped the IPA and went straight to a Double IPA! This Double IPA showcases the delicate flavours and aromas of SIMCOE, CENTENNIAL, and AMARILLO hops. Six additions throughout the boil, and double dry hopped in the fermenters! Beware, this one will go down smooth, but packs a punch at 8.5%. Tropical flavors of gooseberry and Lychee, and pine aroma.
