We did a fresh Easter beer with hints of coriander and orange peels. Fruitiness from the yeast and tropical touch from the hops gives this beer a smooth finish.

440 ml can, as Raa Human Series #9 Solbrent, from Coop Mega Jærhagen. Klepp. ABV is 4.7%. Hops are Simcoe, Citra and Tettnang. Orange peel and coriander and some wheat added. Nearly clear golden colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of orange peel and coriander. The flavour has again notes of orange peel and coriander, but also more distinct notes of American hops than you normally find in a witbier.
