This traditional German beer style is a refreshing and mildly tart session ale. It is an unfiltered wheat beer made with 50-60% malted wheat, which creates a cloudy yellow color. A low hop bitterness is complimented by the bright flavors and crisp, dry finish. Toasted coriander seeds contribute a slight spice note and its mineral-like character comes from the addition of sea salt.
