Pours brilliant clear gold with 20 second white head. In the aroma I get floral to earthy hops and sweet sugary malts. Very little going on without even the faintest semblance of depth. The flavor begins with a water thin mouth feel ushering in modest floral, spicy and mildly earthy hops that actual seem pretty nice. That is due to the lack of sickeningly sweet malts usually tasted in brews like this. Nice lawnmower beer that ends a bit earthy with just a brush up against malts. Never gets too sweet.

Shared 330 ml green bottle at local tasting. Pale golden colour, low white head. Weak sweetish aroma, notes of grass and artificial candy. Bland flavour, but not offensive. No doubt drinkable under the Dominican sun, but far from a great beer.

Clear yellow with small white foam ring. Aroma is pure cheap pale lager. Taste is likewise, a bummer after having several decent beers before drinking this one. Aftertaste is muddy water. (Houston 201310)

Moderate dense three finger head of white bubbles that settles quickly. Lots of carbonation, decent lace. Smell is of wet corn, rice, and a little malt. Taste is light flavors of roasted corn, wheat, rice, and a little grass. Mouthfeel has a good feel from the carbonation, but a little watery overall. Very refreshing finish. Not a beer that I would go out of my way to buy, but not one I would not buy if it was on the shelf in front of me. Refreshing, and good enough.

Straw color pour with a thin white head. Medium amount of carbonation. Surprisingly the flavor was pretty good especially on a chilly winter day. Wouldn't go out of my to purchase or avoid.

Pours a crystal clear light golden yellow in color with significant amounts of visible carbonation with a medium sized fizzy white head that reduces and condenses to a thick layer with significant lacing. The aroma is light pale malts, grain, corn, and grassy hops. The aroma is slightly on the sweet side. The taste is of pale malts, bready malts, and just a hint of grassy hops giving the beer a subtle amount of bitterness. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp, clean and refreshing.

Just got home from Punta Cana. At the moment, this cerveza ranks a '10' in my book! ;-) Okay, yes, it is really extremely average at best, but an excellent session beer for the beach or by poolside. It will always conjur up memories of our trip to paradise. Does anyone know where it can be found in Ontario (Toronto/Milton/Waterloo)? Muchos gracias!

Bought at Sidney's in NOLA .. . Pours a medium gold, very light headring .. . is popo slang for penguin?.. . aroma and taste is of your average euro lager, just a bit more skunky hay .. . not that bad really, refreshing and one of the better swill lagers .. . . And, I have no intention of ever crawling back here with anything between my legs!

Unadulerated swill. Not really finding any redeeming qualities to speak of here. It is about as light as it gets, packaged in a green bottle no less. There's also a light version...seriously. Pure evil.
