Snake Hollow was the original name of the Potosi hollow and here we have a brew with real character. It is an India Pale Ale, which according to tradition requires the plentiful addition of flavorful hops during the kettle boil. Subsequently during the aging process additional flavoring hops are introduced into the storage tank to provide a fine aromatic hop character. This sturdy ale will satisfy the many hopheads among the new age of beer aficionados.

Nice and dry IPA that did a good job showcasing a variety of pacific northwest hop aromas and flavor. Good quality, and I'd have no issue of having this around as an every day beer.

Interesting and nice hop, fruit and spice aroma, can't quite describe it. Appearance is also very nice, golden with a slight amber hue. Flavor is also a fruity hop presents with a good clean finish. Deffinitely Potosi's best offering.

A great beer! Had this beer at the Potosi brewing company in Potosi, WI. If you are in that area you must check this place out. Beer poured a bright gold with a nice white head. Aroma of hops and citrus, flavor is the same with a little bitterness at the end. Good stuff!

I had this right before bar close at the Old Fashioned, and it was a much needed brew. Awesome taste bright golden colour with a dark orange hue somewhere in the middle. Taste was definately awesome. Better then any other Potosi brew that i've had yet. Fresh stanky hops on the nose. Pine and fresh cut flowers. Flavors of grapefruit and maybe a little grass. great beer!
