Crystal malts and very small quantities of dark malts give this IPA its red color and medium body. The addition of ginger in the whirlpool gives it the aromatics and spicy flavor of ginger. The flavors play so nicely with the citrus hop flavors in the finish of this IPA. But tread lightly, you never know when the Ginga’ Ninja will strike!
